Community Yard Sale Sends $ to Way Station

We just received proceeds from the Community Yard Sale in Jackson, NH. The yard sale helps close the gao since the closure of theb 'Free Store' at the Bartlett-Jackson transfer station. It allows neighbors to upcycle and pass along useful items. One person's junk is another person's treasure. Proceeds benefit local organizations. Way Station was one beneficiary of this event. The yard sale happens periodically in Jackson as a program of te Friends of the Whitney Community Center and is designed to benefit the community at large. Kudos to the many Whitney Communuty Center supporters, participants, and volunteers who make it go!
