We are working with a community ombudsman (advocate for clients or community members needing to report any issues with the Way Station). He comes from outside our own organization. He will handle any critical feedback, observations, or complaints.  All messages sent to Walt Hampton are confidential; they do not go through Way Station staff or systems. People can be honest. All such feedback will be received directly by Walt Hampton, and then he will follow up and discern any necessary action or response.
